As a welcoming salon for the whole family, Jennifer and Jessica are passionate about creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere where every client—from young children to grandparents—feels at home from the moment they walk through the door. Jennifer Gardner
With nearly two decades of experience behind the chair, Jennifer Gardner is known for her precision, attention to detail, and commitment to helping every client look and feel their best. In 2016, she turned her vision into reality by opening Beautiful Reflections Salon, creating a welcoming space where clients can relax, unwind, and enjoy a personalized salon experience. Jennifer’s passion lies in crafting styles that reflect each client’s unique personality and lifestyle. Whether it’s a classic cut, dimensional color, or complete transformation, she takes pride in delivering results that are both beautiful and easy to maintain. Her calm professionalism and genuine care have earned her lasting relationships with clients who trust her expertise and eye for detail. When she’s not in the salon, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family—including her two adult sons, her teenage daughter and three dogs—and appreciating the simple joys of small-town life. Jessica Pincence
Jess believes great hair starts with feeling comfortable in the chair. She's known for her warm, down-to-earth personality and creating a relaxed experience where clients of all ages—from young children to adults—feel right at home. Since joining Jennifer at Beautiful Reflections in 2021, she's loved helping clients look and feel their best while forming lasting relationships. • Jess specializes in dimensional color, natural-looking blondes, bold fashion colors, texture services, and customized styles that enhance your hair's natural beauty and movement. Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, she'll work with you to create a look that fits your lifestyle, personality, and maintenance goals. • She believes education is just as important as beautiful hair, taking the time to teach clients how to care for, style, and maintain their look long after they leave the salon. • When she's not behind the chair, you'll find Jess spending time with her energetic 8-year-old son and spirited 6-year-old daughter, serving at her church, or enjoying creative DIY projects. • Her goal is simple: for every client to leave her chair feeling confident, cared for, and completely themselves.
